Kathmandu. A proposal has been made to convene an all-party meeting to discuss the US Assistance State Partnership Program (SPP). An all-party discussion proposal has been tabled at the meeting of the five-party alliance to discuss the SPP.
“We have made it clear that our party is not in favor of the SPP,” said Jhala Nath Khanal, a respected leader of the CPN-S after the meeting.
According to him, Prime Minister Sher Bahadur Deuba has said that he will take a decision when necessary.
