Sources said that talks are being held between the two parties on Saturday afternoon. Prime Minister and Nepali Congress President Sher Bahadur Deuba has been holding continuous talks with UML Chairman KP Oli since the MCC was tabled in the parliament.
Deuba has leaned towards Oli after a dispute over MCC’s poison in the ruling coalition. Talks were also held between the two parties on Friday evening. During the talks, the UML had said that it could move on to the next process only after fulfilling the party’s demand. UML has been making the removal of the speaker the bottom line.
